04Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk775 account login credentials, including your username and password. pk775 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge from within your account security settings.

You must not share your pk775 account credentials with any other person. You must not allow any third party — including family members — to access or use your pk775 account. 05KYC & Verification

pk775 is required under its international gaming license to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered player accounts. 06Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pk775 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk775 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are supported on pk775:

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. 07Bonuses & Promotions

pk775 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and season-specific promotions tied to events such as the PSL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. pk775 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to your pk775 account as a separate balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

08Gaming Rules

All casino games available on pk775 — including but not limited to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Rummy, slot games, live dealer games, and Mines Gold — are operated in accordance with certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by professional human dealers under studio conditions. 09Sports Betting Rules

pk775's sportsbook offers betting markets across cricket, including PSL matches, international Test cricket, T20 Internationals, One Day Internationals, and major ICC tournaments. Additional sports markets may be available at pk775's discretion. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on pk775:

• Bets placed on pk775 are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying your bet selections — including match, market, stake, and odds — before confirming a bet. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk775. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using pk775 if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access or use your pk775 account.

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes — whether in games or betting markets — to generate artificially inflated winnings.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live card game formats such as Teen Patti.
• Using pk775 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. pk775 cooperates with relevant financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.

• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or making deposits using a third party's JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account.

11Responsible Gaming

13Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk775 platform for personal gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software on pk775 without prior written consent from pk775.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk775 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of pk775, even if pk775 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Platform unavailability, technical interruptions, or service outages caused by factors beyond pk775's reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your pk775 account credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes or bet settlement that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk775's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. pk775's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the total deposits made by you to pk775 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, where such liability is found to exist.

15Account Termination

pk775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pk775 has reason to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Your account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• You are under the age of 21.
• You have created multiple accounts in breach of the one-account policy.

You may also request voluntary closure of your pk775 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or AML holds being in place.

Following termination of your account by pk775 for breach of these Terms, pk775 reserves the right to void any remaining balance and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
